HI, I’m Romelia and I’ve been where you are right now.

I got my coaching qualification at 40  and tried to start my business on my own thinking I would wait until I got my first client before I got the support, and anyway, how hard could it be starting your own business? Loads of people do it! 

News flash, the client didn’t come and it is bloody hard starting your own business alone with no support. 

I got to the point where I just felt like this was all a huge mistake. I felt lost and overwhelmed thinking I was crazy for wanting to make such a huge career shift at this stage in my life. 

I had just moved house and was spending thousands of pounds qualifying whilst doing a job I had fallen out of love with and subsequently quit to go all in with the business. 

I had recently lost my mum and felt like my world needed a big shake up. I really needed a drastic change. 

I did all the cute fun things like design my business cards and made pretty flyers that got me nowhere. 

The problem was I didn’t know my audience so I couldn’t give my cards to anyone and the flyers fell on deaf ears because they were not aimed at the right people. 

I felt like I was chasing  a silly dream. 

Nothing changed and the clients didn’t come until I invested in myself and my business and hired a business coach!. 

THIS  was the best financial decision I ever made for my business and quite honestly, my sanity. There was finally support and the structure that I needed to get the clients that were aligned to me.

Now I want to use everything that I learnt after almost 20 years in the corporate world and everything I have learnt building my own business to help people build the business of their dreams and not make the same mistakes I did. I know how badly you want this because you want it as badly as I do! Building a business can be lonely but it doesn’t have to be when you get the support you deserve.
